PRODUCT DETAILS:
* Material: Crystal velvet/Non-slip rubber
* Please allow 7-9 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 weeks.
* Rugs arrive vacuumed sealed for protection during the shipping process � once opened rugs may take up to 24 hours to lay flat. We recommend a light vacuuming of the rug to assist in the settling process.
* Care instructions: Stain resistant material makes cleaning a breeze � use a damp cloth with mild soapy water to clean (avoid bleach) and let air dry.

DELIVERY TIME:
Processing and producing time will take 10 days (It may take longer during the holiday seasons)
We will provide tracking information when the package is ready to be shipped.
Standard Shipping Times: ( Not including processing and producing time)
12-18 days: United States, Canada.
18-20 days: Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
